Returns Policy

  • All product returns are subject to The Trophy Superstore refund and Credit Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
  • When ordering online - please ensure that you choose correctly, as once orders are paid for the stock is ordered immediately.
  • Delivery is between 5 -7 working days from placement of order.
  • Once the stock has been ordered a restocking fee of 25% of the total purchase price minus the freight fee may be enforced. 
  • All returns must be recieved by The Trophy Superstore within 3 Months (90 days) from our dispatching the goods.
  • Returns are to be sent to The Trophy Superstore, Unit 3, 3285 Logan Road, Underwood, 4119
  • Returns can be delivered by a Courier or dropped in person - our opening hours are 9.00 am till 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • If the returned good has been determined to be faulty or non standard, The Trophy Superstore will pay for delivery of the returned goods.
  • Specifications are those given by the product manufacturer. Variations may occur. Warranty provision is the responsibility of the manufacturer or their agent.
  • Unless extra delivery insurance is taken out - The Trophy Superstore is not liable for any damage incurred by Couriers transporting Awards and Trophies.
  • It is the responsiblity of the Customer to decide whether they require insurance for their goods at the time of ordering.
